In this Engle Progeny Tobacco Litigation Proceeding, Plaintiff Alicia Dombey alleged R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co and Philip Morris Tobacco Co of fraudulent concealment of dangers of smoking cigarettes manufactured by the companies, which led her husband Daniel Dombey to get addicted to smoking and being liable for manufacturing defective cigarettes, which resulted in Daniel Dombey’s death due to bladder Cancer in January 1996.
