Summary

In this insurance coverage litigation proceeding, plaintiff Allstate Insurance Co. alleged Michael Bennington and other plaintiffs of trying to set up the plaintiff for bad faith in order to force the plaintiff Allstate Insurance Co to pay more than its contractual policy limits.
