Summary

In this real estate negligence litigation proceeding, plaintiff Gerard Amrhein ( personal representative of the estate of Charlene Amrhein) alleged Concord Management LTD of negligence in ensuring safety of the tenants in the Charleston Club Apartments, due to which his wife Charlene Amrhein was murdered by 20-year old Solim Kollissiba while in a common area of the apartment complex.

The plaintiff was represented by attorney David Beers. The defendant in this case, Concord Management LTD was represented by attorney Robert Jack.
