In this Automotive negligence proceeding, plaintiff Stephanie Aquila individually and as Parent, natural guardian and next friend of Mackenzie Aquila, a minor alleged Brisk Transportation L.P. and its driver Steven Melancon of being negligent in driving and causing an accident with the tractor trailer he was driving, in which the plaintiff Stephanie Aquila and her son Mackenzie Aquila suffered serious Injury. The plaintiff also alleged John Vidourek of not maintaining the vehicle in which the accident took place.
