Summary

In this class action Agriculture litigation proceeding, plaintiff Frank Ayers alleged Florida Department of Agriculture of being liable of removing citrus trees from his home (private property) to eradicate a citrus canker infestation. This class action suit has been brought by over 20,000 homeowners for removing a combined of over 60,000 citrus trees from their property.

The plaintiff was represented by attorneys Robert Gilbert and William Williams. The defendant in this case, Florida Dept. of Agriculture was represented by attorneys Wesley Parsons and Francisco Ramos.
