In this Accounting malpractice litigation proceeding, plaintiff Bank of America alleged accounting firm BDO Seidman and other defendants of negligence in performing audits for the Bank due to which the plaintiff suffered losses by lending the Cobblestone Corporation of Northern New England (CCNNE), Inc. $20.5 million on which it defaulted.
