In this Engle progeny tobacco litigation proceeding, plaintiff Patricia Bowman (personal representative of the estate of Mike Bowman) alleged R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co of fraudulent concealment of dangers of smoking cigarettes due to which her husband Mike Browman got addicted to smoking at an early age. The plaintiff also alleged the company of being liable of manufacturing defective cigarettes due to which Mike Brown died of esophageal cancer.
