Summary

Following the voluntary dismissal of plaintiff Mye Brindle's sexual harassment suit against defendant Joseph Rogers, the CEO of the Waffle House chain of restaurants, Rogers moved for an award of attorney fees. The Georgia Court of Appeals set aside a prior award of more than $142,000 in such fees and remanded the issue for reconsideration.
