In this Engle progeny tobacco proceeding, Plaintiff ( personal representative of the estate of David Clayton) alleged R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co of fraudulent concealment of the health hazards that smoking cigarettes manufactured by the company caused which led David Clayton to get addicted to smoking and resulted in his death due to Lung Cancer.
The plaintiff was represented by attorney Laura Shamp. The defendant in this case, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co and other defendants were represented by attorney Steven Geise.
