Summary

Defendants WSP and Neary breached the non-competition covenant. Also, WSP and Neary were found jointly and severally liable for: (1) damages to Concord in the amount of $553,512 for their breach of the covenant; and (2) Concords reasonable attorneys fees and expenses in connection with this litigation. To the extent Concord purported to assert any claims against Woislaw, those claims were dismissed with prejudice.
