Summary

In this manufacturing business litigation proceeding, plaintiff Gila Dweck alleged Albert Naseer, her partner in the company Kids International LLC of breaching his fiduciary duties by appointing additional directors to the board of the company. The defendant filed a counterclaim in this lawsuit alleging that the plaintiff Gila Dweck breached her fiduciary duties by launching Success Apparel LLC and Premium Apparel Brands LLC while working at Kids International LLC and using the company’s resources for the benefit of her new ventures.
