In this oral argument before the Delaware Supreme Court, Defendant’s counsels argued against the Court of Chancery’s determination that portions of a letter relating to Jodie Fisher’s allegations that former Hewlett-Packard CEO Mark V. Hurd sexually harassed her should not remain sealed, pursuant to Court of Chancery Rule 5(g).

The plaintiffs in this appeal were Ernesto Espinoza and Mark Hurd. Ernesto Espinoza was represented by attorneys Blake Bennet and Felipe Aroyo. Mark Hurd was represented by attorney Rolin Bissell. The defendant in this case, Hewlett-Packard Company was represented by attorneys Steven Schatz and Peter Walsh.
