Summary

In this Entertainment negligence litigation proceedings, plaintiff Jaylana Jones Etheredge and other joining plaintiffs alleged Walt Disney World Company and others of negligence in the manner in which the defendant encouraged guests to cross the street at Disney’s Fort Wilderness campground in Orlando, Florida. The plaintiff allegedly suffered injuries which required four surgeries, when she stepped off the curb at the campground and got her ankle caught in a storm drain, in July 1998.

The plaintiff was represented by attorney Jack Nichols. The defendant in this case, Walt Disney Company was represented by attorneys Bianca Liston and John Smith.
