In this Energy Mergers and acquisitions class action litigation proceeding, Plaintiff Shareholder G-2 Trading LLC alleged that the planned $1.9 billion acquisition by Inergy LP of its parent company Inergy Holdings LP would be unfair to the minority shareholders and would be shortchanging them.
