In this medical malpractice litigation proceeding, plaintiff Harlan Ginsberg alleged Medical Centre Northwest Inc. and its employee Dr. Jason Perelman of medical negligence in the kidney stone surgery, which was performed on the plaintiff for removal of kidney stone. The plaintiff claimed that Dr. Jason Perlman mistakenly cut a tube that delivered urine to his bladder and removed a kidney that another doctor testified was healthy.
