Summary

In this Energy Commercial litigation hearing, Plaintiff GRT Inc. alleged Marathon GTF Technology of breaching two contracts, a Cooperative Development Agreement (CDA) and a Securities Purchase Agreement (SPA) of a joint commercial relationship between the two companies in the area of converting methane gas to liquid fuel. The plaintiff’s counsels claimed that the “demonstration facilities” specified by the defendant during signing of the SPA did not meet certain warranties and representation.
