Summary

In this pharmaceutical product liability proceeding, plaintiff Priya Tanna and other joining plaintiffs alleged Hoffman-La Roche Inc. of fraudulent concealment of risks of gastrointestinal disease associated with taking the acne medication ‘Accutane’ and not adequately warning about it. The plaintiffs also alleged the company of manufacturing defective product which caused the plaintiffs ailments like inflammatory bowel disease.
