Summary

In this automotive product liability litigation proceeding, plaintiffs Jesus Vidal Rodriguez and Daniela Vidal Rodriguez alleged Bridgestone / Firestone North American Tire, LLC of being liable for manufacturing defective and badly designed tires and Ford Motor Co Inc of being liable for placing them on its ‘Ford Explorer’ line of SUVs, due to which their son, Jesus Alfonso Vidal Ramirez got killed in a car accident which happened while he was driving a 1998 Ford Explorer along a federal highway in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
