Summary

In this Engle progeny tobacco litigation proceeding, plaintiff Toni Junious (personal representative of the estate of Annie Ingraham) alleged R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and Philip Morris Tobacco Co of fraudulent concealment of dangers of smoking cigarettes manufactured by the companies due to which Annie Ingraham got addicted to smoking at an early age and also alleged the companies of being liable of manufacturing defective cigarettes, which caused Mrs. Ingraham Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and resulted in her death in the year, 2008.

The plaintiff was represented by attorneys Alex Alvarez and Tony Paige. The defense in this case comprised of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co and Philip Morris Tobacco Co. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co was represented by attorney Robert Faxon. Philip Morris Tobacco Co was represented by attorneys William Geraghty and Lori Schultz.
