Summary

In this product liability litigation proceeding. Plaintiff Robin Listman alleged Outboard Marine Corp. of being liable for manufacturing defective propeller, due to which the victim had to go through leg amputation when she was seriously injured in a boat accident by the propeller in the boat. The plaintiff’s counsels claimed that the accident took place in August 2010, when the plaintiff was out with her in-laws on their 19 foot Four Winns 1995 boat powered by a Outboard Marine Corp. Cobra stern drive propeller.

Plaintiff and other joining plaintiffs were represented by attorneys Robert Vaage and William Jeanney. The defendant in this case, Outboard Marine Corp. and other defendants were represented by attorneys James McNally and Jay O’Sullivan.
