Summary

In this transportation negligence litigation proceeding, plaintiff Kenneth A. Lucas alleged Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) of negligence, when a runaway MARTA bus rolled backwards into the plaintiff's house, knocked the house from its foundation and caused structural damage.
