Summary

In this automotive negligence and hospitality products liability proceeding, plaintiff Violet Krywinski (personal representative of the estate of Edward Marcinkowski) and other plaintiffs alleged GNLV Corp of being negligent by placing defective guardrails at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas parking garage and being liable for failing to prevent cars from falling over the ledge, due to which plaintiff Violet Krywinski’s father Edward Marcinkowski and other people died when their cars collided with the guardrails at the parking garage.

Plaintiff and other joining plaintiffs were represented by attorneys Peter Christiansen and David Wall. The defendant in this case, GNLV Corp was represented by attorneys Edward Lanigar and David Clayson.
