Plaintiff Latressa McCray claimed she sustained first-degree burns across her chest when fluid from a hibachi splashed on her as she was eating at the restaurant owned by defendants, Chang Lin and XIn Huang. McCray claimed that she injured herself in a fall as she rushed to the restaurant's restroom and incurred more than $97,000 in damages.
