Michael Jones v. State

Summary

In this oral argument, plaintiff Michael Jones appeals his convictions of three counts of Arson Second Degree, Murder First Degree, Robbery First Degree and related weapons charges. Jones was sentenced to three life sentences without parole on the murder convictions. The plaintiff claimed that prosecutors exercised their peremptory challenges during jury selection in a racially discriminatory manner.
