In this healthcare toxic torts class action litigation proceeding, plaintiff Marc J. Mignano (as parent and Guardian ad Litem of ISAAC J. MIGNANO, a minor) alleged Jim Sullivan, a builder of negligence by converting a former thermometer factory into a child care facility due to which the plaintiffs child and several other children got exposed to mercury vapors.
