Summary

In this medical malpractice litigation proceeding, plaintiff Tia and Trapper Minor alleged Richard Newbold, M.D. and other defendants of negligence by failing to diagnose small bowel obstruction in their son Caninne which resulted in liquefaction of his small intestine.
