Summary

In this Engle progeny tobacco litigation proceeding, plaintiff Michelle Mrozek( personal representative of the estate of Jacqueline ("Jackie") Miller) alleged Lorillard Tobacco Co of fraudulent concealment of dangers of smoking cigarettes manufactured by the company which led her mother Jackie Miller to get addicted to smoking at an early age. The plaintiff also alleged the company of manufacturing defective cigarettes which resulted in Mrs. Millers’s death due to lung cancer in 1994 at age 63.

The plaintiff was represented by attorneys Bruce Anderson, Angelo Patacca and Even Yegelwel. The defendant in this case Lorillard Tobacco Co was represented by attorneys David Woods, Andrew Carpenter and Daniel Molony.
