Summary

In this environmental litigation oral argument before the 2nd circuit court of appeals, Defendant U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s counsels argued in appeal of administrative law decision. NRDC had sought to compel Environmental Protection Agency into adopting a zero emission policy of all carcinogenic air pollutants under Section 112 of the Clean Air Act.
