Summary

In this Civil Rights Real Estate litigation proceeding, plaintiff James Hendrix alleged Piper’s Landing of violating disability laws by having guidelines in their country club community which forced the plaintiff to get rid of two Dobermans. Plaintiff’s counsel claimed that the Dobermans were used as disability service dogs.

The plaintiff was represented by attorney George Bush. The defendant in this case, Piper’s Landing was represented by attorneys Ron Campbell and Lee Cohen.
