Plaintiff James Price alleges that vehicles driven by Vijay Shah and Raju Thapa were headed together to a convenience store at a high rate of speed when Singh's van ran a red light and hit Price. Shah was killed in the collision, and Price was badly injured. He is suing both Shah's estate and Thapa on a theory of tandem driving liability.
