Summary

In this wrongful death litigation procceding, plaintiff Janet Prushansky (personal representative of the estate of Ann Prushansky) alleged Tara Fradly of negligence by driving under the influence of Xanax and causing a car crash which killed plaintiff’s mother Ann Prushansky. At the time of the incident, Ms. Fradley was 17-years old.

The plaintiff was represented by attorney Matthew Levy. The defendant in this case, Tara Fradley was represented by attorney Bartholomew Cozad.

The jury awarded damages of $1M to each of Ms. Prushansky's children, for a total award of $3M.
