Plaintiff allegedly suffered neck pain, and eventually had neck surgery, due to a March, 2004, rear-end vehicle collision. The defense asserted that the neck injury was not caused by the March 2004, accident, but instead resulted from a prior March, 2002, vehicle collision.

The jury found for the plaintiff, and awarded $15K for past damages, and zero for future damages.
