Summary

In this International Law and Commercial Law hospitality litigation proceeding, plaintiff Richard Suen alleged Las Vegas Sands Corp. of not paying the fee he was promised for his services in helping the Las Vegas Sands Corp. to get a license to operate a casino in Macau. This is the second trial for the lawsuit which was filed in 2002, in the first trial the Jury had awarded Mr. Suen $58.6 million but the verdict was thrown out on appeal.
The plaintiff was represented by attorneys John O’ Malley and James Pisanelli. The defendant in this case, Las Vegas Sands Corp. was represented by attorneys Richard Sauber, Lawrence Robbins and Jennifer Windom.
