Summary

Via The Ventura County Star: "A lawsuit accusing three administrators of asking a 12-year-old boy to participate in a drug sting was filed Thursday against the Los Angeles Unified School District.

The educators gave the boy cash and told him to buy drugs from a suspected drug dealer, even though the plan was not sanctioned by police, according to the lawsuit. Asking a minor to buy drugs is a felony.

The Feb. 18 sting was enacted after the boy told Porter Middle School staff that a 14-year-old, who was possibly in a gang, was selling marijuana on campus, the lawsuit states."
