In this legal professional responsibility litigation proceeding, plaintiff Ryan Gill alleged Patrick Moran and Ruden McClosky of being professionally negligent and breaching their fiduciary duty for convincing the plaintiff to make risky investments in two funds that were wholly owned subsidiaries of the now defunct law firm Ruden McClosky Smith Schuster & Russell PA, in which Mr.Moran and Mr. McClosky were partners.
