Summary
Disabled plaintiff claimed that Del Taco, El Pollo Loco, and Carl's Junior fast food restaurants around Los Angeles, California, violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by locating the toilet seat cover dispenser in a position inaccessible from a wheel chair, and thus that he was prevented from using the toilet in the restroom.
