Summary

In this civil rights litigation oral argument, defendant Oblates of St. Francis de Sales counsels challenged the constitutionality of the Delaware Child Victims Act of 2007. The plaintiff, had brought a personal injury lawsuit under the Child Victims Act against the defendant for the alleged sexual suffered by him in 1962 by Father Francis Norris, a teacher at Salesianum.
