In this Law enforcement civil rights litigation, plaintiff Kimberly Shields, who fell victim of an identity theft alleged Seminole County Sheriff Donald Esli of wrongfully imprisoning and strip searching her after arresting her on a warrant intended for Shannon McGuire, who had given Ms. Shields' name when she was arrested for automobile theft.
