Summary

In this wrongful death litigation proceeding, plaintiff Brian Timmons (Administrator of the estate of Lewis Timmons) alleged AEP of negligence by failing to be aware of problems with a compressed hydrogen storage system which exploded during transfer of hydrogen from tanker truck to storage system and caused the death of Truck driver Lewis Timmons.

The plaintiff was represented by attorneys Geoffrey Brown, Rodney Windom and Chris Regan. The defendant in this case, American Electric Power was represented by attorney Brian Swiger.
