Summary

In this real estate litigation proceeding, plaintiff Vista Golf LLC alleged Vista Royale Property Owners Association of not permitting Vista Golf LLC, which is the owner of the defunct 116 golf course to use the golf course for other purposes, such as selling off for condominium development. Defendant’s counsels claimed that the Vista Royale condominium residents were promised before buying property in the condominium that the 27-hole golf course will always remains as a golf course.
