Summary

In this oral argument before the Delaware Supreme Court, Nicole Walker, the attorney representing appellant Brandon Williams, sought to reverse her client's convictions. On November 5, 2012, Mr. Williams was indicted on one count each of burglary second degree, theft, unlawful use of a credit card and resisting arrest. He went to trial on these offenses on March 5-6, 2013. He was found guilty of all counts. The judge sentenced Mr. Williams to 12 years in prison on burglary second degree and imposed probation on their remainder of the offenses.
